Behavior Change & Habit Design: SMART goals design, identity-based habits, barriers, and relapse prevention.
Nutrition Behavior Coaching: Meal routines, food environment, mindful eating, travel/work schedules.
Sleep, Stress & Recovery Coaching: Sleep hygiene, recovery planning, nervous system regulation, work-life balance.
Movement & Physical Activity Planning and Design: Lifestyle movement plans (walking, resistance exercise, flexability mobility).
Weight Maintenance & Transition Coaching: Post-GLP-1 or post-program sustainability planning.
