It also may not be suitable for clients who are unwilling to participate in habit change, follow personalized guidance, or engage in a collaborative coaching process. If someone needs clinical mental health treatment, medical supervision, or specialty care beyond preventive wellness and behavior change, they will be referred to the appropriate licensed provider.
Yes. If you decide after your 1st appointment with your coach that we are not the right fit we will refund you in full! We ensure you are satisfied.
Sessions are offered online or in person at our office in Ridgeland, MS to meet your needs. Most clients choose virtual coaching sessions, which take place through secure video calls that allow you to connect from home, work, or wherever you feel most comfortable.
For in-person clients, sessions take place at our designated office location by appointment only. Whether online or in person, each session is designed to provide personalized, supportive, and effective guidance to help you stay consistent and achieve your wellness goals.
