Lifestyle Wellness Essentials (Virtual / Guided / App-Based)

This is a non-1:1 coaching program that includes messaging, habit tracking, and access to the program. The Lifestyle Wellness Program is designed for individuals seeking structured accountability and expert guidance without one-on-one coaching sessions. This program is ideal for those who need support staying consistent with their exercise routine, eating habits, and daily behaviors.

This program includes lifestyle-based support for clients who use or have used GLP-1 medications, including nutrition adjustments, muscle-preservation strategies, habit support, and behavior-focused coaching as appropriate.

You’ll receive guided programming and ongoing monitoring from our team of Lifestyle Wellness Coaches, Nutrition and Wellness Consultants, and Personal Trainers, who help keep you on track through app-based support, progress tracking, and regular check-ins.

The focus of this program is to help you:

Improve body composition by increasing lean muscle mass and reducing body fat

Build regular exercise and lifestyle routines
